Our 613 Engine classes focus on developing your aerobic power and improving your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. These one-hour workouts will be designed to incorporate exercise sets that will span up to 45 minutes and include exercise movements at various intensities. Workouts will be done outdoors when weather conditions permit and will include running and bodyweight exercises, such as air-squats, push-ups, and burpees. When the weather is not optimal for outdoor workouts, 613 Engine will move inside at the gym, and other exercises such as rowing and skipping will be introduced.
